The location is absolutely perfect- walking distance to the Ponte Vecchio and touristy areas, but also close enough to walk to areas tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet street. The loft was a little warm since it was 100+ degrees for most of my stay, but the air conditioner was such a blessing. Diana was very communicative as well, and gave lots of recommendations for things to do in Firenze! (Definitely go to Bardini Gardens- 2 minute walk to the entrance, and stunning views + a great place for apiritivo at the top!)

Fabulous location! Easy check in and check out and we appreciated the flexibility when our train ran late. It is easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. We recommend Trattoria del Carmine and Caffe Bianchi. Both had delicious food, coffee, and warm friendly service. Be aware that utilities cost extra (not much but be aware) and the kitchen has only the very basics (if you like to cook). I bought and left some olive oil for the next visitor! And the apartment is at the top of about 5 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us, but be mindful. When booking. We absolutely loved our time in Florence and appreciate Diana and her staff!

Location, location, location! Very convenient to the Duomo, perfect for an early morning stroll to beat the crowds. The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was halfway through our trip to Europe and provided all of the comforts of home: great living area, super fast wifi, great shower, and very comfortable mattress. It was in a great location with easy keypad access.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Diana’s apartment. She was very attentive and made sure to have one of her friends waiting to meet us when we arrived. The apartment is in a safe, clean and quite building. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, the elevator was reliable but you could easily walk down the stairs too. The apartment was well furnished, spacious and clean. As a tall 240 lb. male, I am hyper aware of shower sizes and hot water issues when traveling in Europe, especially when an apartment is so centrally located. The shower size was big enough for me and the hot water and pressure were great for the both us. The location is perfect for a stay in Florence, it does not get much more central than this. When you walk out the front door across the street is the Galleria dell ‘Accademia entrance, to the right you can see the Duomo down a few blocks (roughly a 10-minute walk), to the left (2-minute walk) is the Piazza San Marco where there is a taxi stand and bus stop. We had a great visit in Florence largely in part because of Diana’s Air B&B, we honestly could not see booking any other than hers for our future visits to Florence, thank you Diana!!!

Das Apartment ist sehr, sehr schön gelegen in Florenz und zwar auf der anderen Seite des Arno, die sehr schön ist. Hier gibt es viele Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein sehr angenehmes und interessantes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt sogar über einen kleinen Garten. Es ist trotz der turbulenten Gegend mit Bars, Restaurants absolut ruhig. Man hört überhaupt nichts. Der Check in und die persönliche Betreuung waren hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur sehr weiter empfehlen. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal sofort wieder dort buchen. Vielen Dank an das Team.

Un posto incantevole dove stare mentre sei a Firenze, vicino a piazza Signoria e alla Galleria degli Uffizi, e a pochi passi dalla chiesa e da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti. Diana è stata incredibilmente disponibile durante tutto il viaggio, ha sempre risposto velocemente e con ottimi consigli su cibo e bevande in città!

Questo è un posto magico! Ha superato tutte le aspettative e ha reso il mio viaggio ancora migliore. Il quartiere ti farà sentire come a casa.

Ein sehr schönes Appartment in wundervoll zentraler Lage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es wird liebevoll auch an Details gedacht, wie z.B. eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit den wichtigsten Gewürzen, Adapter, Ersatz-Glühbirnen u.v.m. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

If you book an apartment with Diana and Acacia, you can count on a beautiful, clean space and an amazing experience. Diana goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your time in Florence. She has even designed a city map with information about eating, shopping, sightseeing, etc. for day and night. She knows the neighborhoods so well and can give you very specific recommendations. You will not be disappointed booking with Diana. She is the best!!

The apartment is fantastic: Amazing good location, very clean and cozy. Diana was very helpful facilitating an early check-in. I absolutely loved the apartment and I would return anytime here.

Diana is a lovely host! She is helpful and communicates quickly and will offer whatever information you need. The location is perfect. Right in Santa Croce. Easy to walk everywhere! Her rental is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Because the location is almost directly on Santa Croce square, the bedroom facing the street can be a bit loud into the night if you have little ones. The back bedroom is quiet and my son slept perfectly there. There’s a grocery store up the block and delicious restaurants all around you. Great place to stay!

WOW! What a beautiful apartment this is, small but has everything you could need for 2 and beautifully designed and decorated. There is a small kitchen area with enough to make a simple meal and a lovely fresh pasta shop just down the road. It is in an ideal spot, just a few minutes walk from the train station and to the Duomo and other famous sites. There are loads of small bars, cafes and coffee shops around, no excuse not to have a taste of local cuisine (don't forget to try the gelato). If ever we go back to Florence we will certainly try to get back to this apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment with a great design flair and an unbeatable terrace. Its location was also perfect: I could reach the river for morning runs within minutes, have aperitivos on the Santa Croce piazza right around the corner, and walk to major sites and museums within ten minutes. The kitchen is stocked with what you need, the building is a piece of Florence history, and the whole experience was a treat.

The airbnb was just as expected, and Diana was always very helpful and would reply quickly. The location is great with good restaurants nearby and easy access to everything.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Florence. Literally round the corner from Santa Croce. It's spacious, clean and ( in a chilly week in March) warm and cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly want. Upper level bedroom full of light with views over the rooftops to Santa Croce church. The There are a couple of bars on the street below which can become noisy at night but as the apartment is on the top floor and the bedroom is a back not facing the street it is not a disturbance. Overall highly recommended.

This apartment is gorgeous!!! It was a close walk to the train station, the duomo, everything! There’s a property management company that cares for this property and they’re doing great. That being said, keep in mind responses are on Italian working hours. They were very helpful getting us checked in and giving local recommendations as well as leaving a map with tons of good information. You will be carrying your luggage up 6 flights of stairs but the apartment and the view is worth it. The only downside for us was how loud it was. The street sweepers and outside voices seem to go most the night and then the street venders start dragging their carts along the pavement very early. I could almost hear every word of the people talking in the apartment above us when we were in bed. Then the church bells. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine. If you go to bed before midnight or you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs.
