We loved our stay here. The beautiful terrace is worth it alone but we loved the rest of the living space as well. Great location in a great neighborhood. Diana was a wonderful host who was so helpful with all our questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Stunning views and great location! Communication was easy and clear. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and everything worked how it should (wifi, tv, etc.). We would highly recommend this apartment as the location was unbelievable!

Diana, we adored our stay at beautiful Quercia! The location is perfect, the place was so comfortable and perfect for us. It had everything we needed in it. It is such an appealing place and we appreciated everything about it! You are a terrific, a warm and helpful host which made our visit all the more wonderful! Thank you so much for taking care of all of the details and for such great communication. We are already planning to return and will be in touch when we know when. We look forward to our next stay there!

Diana was really helpful to my daughter while she was in Italy on her own. She loved the apartment as well. It looks just like the pictures and is super cute. It is also in a good location with lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Next time my husband and I are in Italy we will stay at Diana’s place.

The apartment was great. Excellent location. Walking distance to many of the Florence attractions and the train station, which was perfect for day trips to other towns. We would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to experience Florence.

Diana is an absolute treasure to work with! She made booking our stay in her property in Florence seamless! The location of the property is close to everything within a 5-15 minutes walking distance. Although there is a bar next to the property, it wasn’t too much of a nuisance as we were out enjoying the beauty and ambience of the city as well. We would definitely consider staying here again if ever visiting this beautiful city again!

we met Daniela and she was very pleasant and show us where we were at and where we can go on the map. the apartment is huge for the 3 of us and the kitchen has everything we need. i would definitely recommend

We spent a wonderful holiday. The apartment is charming and centrally located. We had everything we needed down the street (historic places to visit, good restaurants, bakery, shopping, etc). Diana has been a fantastic host with a 5 star service delivered. Thanks Diana!

Hi, it was an amazing experience!, the department was in the downtown near everything! i traveled with 3 kids and for me was very important a conformable space and near from the main museums and important places and this place is what i was looking! very clean, spacious, great location, and the host answer and support very fast!

This place was FANTASTIC! I would definitely stay again. It was just as advertised. The apartment is only one floor up and there is a small elevator that is rarely used. The bathroom and shower are on the main floor of the apartment. The other tenants were respectful. Sometimes you could hear things going on down at the street level but it was never out of the ordinary and this is a less busy part of town so it was more peaceful and quiet. The nice thing about this apartment is that it is so spacious and lovely. It really is like a home away from home. Here are some fun things to know about the area... There is a church close by and they do offer Masstimes. Check their website. The church is gorgeous and attendance was sparce when I went. I think my favorite thing about the location was the little pastry shop close by on the same street. Their desserts are AMAZING, and so beautiful. I think they are featured in one of the pictures of the apartment. Their bread is AWESOME! Try the ones with the green olives baked in...yum. Aroma is a very popular SEAFOOD restaurant that is on the same block. I didn't have a chance to try it but I have heard good things from travel websites, so that is a good place to try. There is a great restaurant just down the street that is called Que' Ganzi Trattoria-Osteria at Via Ghibellina 70r. Great food. Another impressive restaurant clear across town was B Station wine and food lab. They have fun foods and it is so reasonably priced. Addresses are Via Romana 126Rosso and Via Serragli 133Rosso.

Perfectly nestled in the heart of Florence to walk to main sights and attractions. Easy to check in and lovely apartment that is kept clean. Wonderful stay except for that being in the city center was a little bit louder than we expected at night. Smart TV was nice to log into Netflix and such to watch shows after the long days. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Diana

A fabulous find of an apartment right beside San Lorenzo church and the Capelle Medicee, only 10 mins walk from the train station. We were met at check in, Yelena was very friendly and informative. As it’s top floor please bear in mind there are lots of stairs, fine for us but may not suit everyone. Firenze is easy to navigate around and we felt the location was great. We cooked for ourselves a lot, buying fresh pasta and more at the large market and local supermarket conveniently nearby. There is a useful walk in wardrobe area behind the bed in the bedroom, great for clothes etc and suitcases. The balcony is the best feature, you are very high up so you look out over the hills surrounding Firenze, the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella as well as San Lorenzo. Even in mid November we enjoyed watching the sun go down from there with the starlings flying overhead in huge groups. We certainly highly recommend it!

I had a great stay here for about a week. The apartment is just as pictured and in a great location just across from the Accademia. The apartment itself is quite large with a small but more than sufficient kitchen and a large bathroom. There were a couple of hiccups upon arrival but Diana and her team quickly sorted those out, and I appreciated Diana's colleague personally checking me into the apartment. Other than that, the electricity briefly went out one day but it was restored within the hour, and I had no other difficulties. If you're looking for a central place in Florence, this is a great one to pick

Appartement très bien situé sur la place San Lorenzo, bien équipé, vue sur la Basilique.Très propre. Bon accueil et grande disponibilité de Diana pour répondre à nos questions. L’appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Estupendo apartamento, no puede estar mejor situado y tiene todo lo q pudimos necesitar. La comunicación fue maravillosa, nos dio muchas indicaciones y siempre estuvo pendiente para ayudarnos en lo q necesitamos. El único pero fue el ruido de la gente en la calle, pero estando tan bien situado era de esperar. Sin lugar a duda repetiríamos.
